Dennis | our new senior developer

Reading time 3 min

Sometimes, it takes people a while to figure out what they love to do. But that doesn’t go for our new co-worker Dennis. At the tender age of eight, he said to his father, “I want to be a programmer.” For as a programmer, you never encounter physical limits: whatever you can imagine, you can create.

Programming is a way to help people and make them happy. If something takes a lot of time or effort or is very repetitive in nature, you can ‘simply’ take the burden off their shoulders. And you will also benefit from that, because it’s more fun to surround yourself with happy people.

Dennis loves his job because it allows him to change and improve things. He is very analytical by nature, and he always seeks predictability. But he also takes risks, because he can quickly see through things. Or, as he puts it, “I perform a thorough analysis beforehand, which means you can’t really refer to a risk — it’s just a new idea.”

At Way2Web, Dennis found like-minded people. Like him, they consider a problem from a rational perspective, but they also leave room for innovation. They like to achieve solutions based on expertise and a good dose of courage. When Dennis is not programming, he loves to craft with his children or train for triathlons. In other words, plenty of options to keep a creative mind busy.

Welcome Dennis!
