It is estimated that approximately one third of all companies are slowed down by a shortage of temporary staff. Although there are hundreds of intermediary agencies, they all have their own certificates, conditions, and processes. That makes it time-consuming to collaborate.

Therefore, large companies often opt to work with just a few preferred suppliers, but the latter can’t always meet the exact or complete demand. And as a result of this decision, many recruitment agencies don’t have access to these larger companies while they can, in fact, (partially) meet the demand.

BlueHandz checks the agencies’ certificates as well as the quality they provide, and it has a review system to boost performance.  Prices are fixed and the customer receives real-time management information about the temporary workforce through the portal. The entire process of demand and supply is structured and automated.

Intermediary activities are performed based on job profiles. Companies can rate candidates. The temporary employment agency can add, edit, or withdraw candidates. It can even register candidates for any vacancies that may become available.
