Rabobank launches Vitru, a new label for real estate financing built by PAQT

With Vitru, Rabobank is launching a new label for commercial real estate financing through intermediaries. Vitru finances rented homes up to three million euros and focuses on landlords who rent out sustainable homes for the long term. Through the intermediary portal built by PAQT, the intermediary is fully supported in submitting financing applications.
The encouragement of sustainability
Vitru is an addition to Rabobank’s current tailored solutions. The portal fulfills the role of a counter for financing applications, where intermediaries can submit their applications. Together with tech partner PAQT, Vitru has succeeded in showing early in the process whether an application meets the conditions. This way, intermediaries know sooner where they stand, but also how they can meet those conditions. This creates a transparent and smooth process. The automatic link with the website for rates and connected intermediaries, among other things, has also been established thanks to PAQT.
Vitru encourages sustainability by offering a more competitive interest rate for better energy labels. An intermediary can immediately see the maximum loan amount by entering a number of details. They can then submit their financing application in the intermediary portal. Because of PAQT’s automations, an intermediary has clarity on the application in a short time.
