Meet Wouter
PAQT is expanding once again! We've welcome another new co-worker: Wouter. He's a digital transformation consultant in Team Growth, a completely new position at PAQT.
With its clear vision, analytical ability, and surprising ideas, our innovation team — Team Growth — aims to turn smart ideas into sustainable, successful solutions . And Wouter will play a crucial role in realizing this ambition,
helping companies with the digital transformation. His purpose: to translate complex IT solutions into something comprehensible, so he can provide truly good advice. His biggest strengths are listening to people and examining processes — in other words, he excels at the human side of IT!
That’s not surprising, given that he has majored in psychology and therefore laid a solid foundation. With two master’s degrees — in consumer behavior and HRM — and a minor in business administration, Wouter shows that he always pushes his boundaries. So, scoring lower than a 9 on a scale from 1 to 10 is not an option for him. His experience in product management and consultancy, which he gained at previous employers, will undoubtedly be helpful to him, as he will provide guidance on complex software issues at PAQT.
I feel that at PAQT, people genuinely try to find solutions together based on a business case, and that approach really appealed to me!

The reason why he opted for PAQT is simple: “PAQT makes a pact with its customers. To me, it’s important to keep working on getting on the same page and to really understand each other, rather than just trying to build what you think the customer wants.
