Selling investment property involves a variety of actions. Many of these are still performed manually. Often, a myriad of tools are used. So, it’s high time to digitize the property sales process. 

For in a number of cases, security is currently not up to par, and — most importantly — the process is inefficient and error-prone. Moreover, when it comes to ease of use and the experience of potential buyers, opportunities are insufficiently seized.  

So, the process really required a software solution – which did not yet exist. Together with Vendr, PAQT has developed an innovative platform that enables real estate agents to sell property in a professional, secure, and efficient manner.

About Vendr

Vendr uses a SaaS application to simplify and accelerate the commercial property sales process, which significantly benefits both the real estate agent and the buyer. Not only is the sales process accelerated, it’s also considerably less error-prone, and the amount of manual work is greatly reduced, as various steps have been integrated into the process. By ensuring Vendr’s software solution is in line with the real estate agent’s corporate identity, real estate agents (and their clients) feel as if they’re working in their very own environment.

Efficient and structured 

Vendr is a platform where all information is incorporated into a beautiful design, and all parties involved can access it in a logical, unambiguous way. Thanks to the new application, the real estate agent can save a lot of time on activities relating to marketing, approval, and managing the data room. As several steps of the sales process are taken according to a predetermined structure, for example, it is guaranteed that only validated prospective buyers can access confidential information.  

One integrated innovative platform 

By integrating successive steps of the sales process and continuously enriching them with new, smart modules, Vendr is the platform for the real estate agent of the future. 

Vendr currently offers a platform that integrates the property presentation, the approval procedure, a data room, a Q&A function, and a module for booking viewings. A potential buyer can go through all these steps in the same online environment. All steps are confirmed through automatically generated emails that are in line with the real estate agent’s corporate identity. Users’ actions are also recorded in a logbook so the real estate agent has real-time insight into the course of a sales process. Briefly put, Vendr has digitized the property sales process. 

But Vendr will soon expand with a number of things. For example, open data can be used to automatically retrieve relevant information about a property from various sources, such as The Netherlands’ Cadastre, Land Registry and Mapping Agency (Kadaster) and the zoning plan. That way, the real estate agent will save even more time and avoid the risk of errors.

Vendr started as a minimum viable product (MVP) so it could be gotten off the ground as fast as possible. That allowed for collecting valuable feedback from both real estate agents and buyers. 

As a result of processing this input, several large and small updates have been performed, and the platform now provides all users with a great experience. Furthermore, Vendr offers real estate agents unprecedented opportunities to stand out in their field in a fast, easy, compliant way. And since all tedious, time-consuming activities have been automated, the whole process will also be a lot more fun! 

How property buyers benefit 

  • Potential buyers can access a user-friendly portal. With one click an interested party can request access to a project from all Vendr-affiliated real estate agents (they may or may not have been invited to do so). 
  • The well-structured layout provides a complete, at-a-glance picture of a project, so they can immediately assess whether a property seems interesting. 
  • Agreeing to the nondisclosure agreement online: no more printing, signing, scanning, and emailing hassles. 
  • The real estate agent’s project communication is done entirely through the platform, and interested parties automatically receive notification emails. 
  • All relevant project documents are digitally available after the real estate agent has given their approval. People automatically receive an email the moment a new document is added to the data room. 
  • It’s possible to schedule a viewing at a time set by the real estate agent.
